Position: Operations Support Agent

Hours: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

Enter data accurately and assist drivers with delivery discrepancies

Operate forklifts to load and unload freight

Sort and move freight within the warehouse (manual handling)

Support freight screening procedures

Hybrid office / warehouse role.

What You Bring:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred)

Strong customer service skills and a team-first mindset

A valid forklift license is highly desirable
