Operations Supervisor

Role Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is an experienced, site‑based building operator responsible for providing operational and technical support across the Commerce Court complex. The supervisory focus is on Life Safety systems and Building Control Centre (BCC) operations, managing critical building systems for multiple office towers, retail areas, parking facilities, and shared infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate QuadReal Values and provide hands‑on operational leadership, including mentoring and supporting assigned staff.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the BCC, ensuring reliable performance of all computerized building systems and responding to alarms, system faults, and escalations.
