- Lead and supervise a team to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Drive team performance to achieve operational KPIs, productivity targets, and service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory accuracy using WMS and SAP systems, ensuring timely updates and proper stock control.
