Key Responsibilities Daily Management
- Manage and oversee daily operational activities across warehouse, logistics and delivery.
- Execute, improve and implement operational processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance to MOM BIZSAFE workplace safety requirements and ISO / AS9120 standards at all times.
- Receive goods: check items against PO/DO (quantity, description, condition, packaging).
- QC / inspection: verify correct part numbers, no damage, certificates or COCs where required.
- Label every item (barcode, part number, description, customer reference) using Zebra printers.
- System entry in Business Central (BC) on the same day: update stock, bin location, put-away.
- FIFO / FEFO discipline for shelf-life and expiry items.
- Maintain bin accuracy: right items in the right bin, labels matching system, no orphan stock. <...
