Summary: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for all facets of the operations on the shift. This involves leading all aspects of health and safety, operational performance, customer relations, continuous improvement, and people development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maximize productivity by effectively allocating available resources to successfully process the daily shift work volume.
- Provide hands‑on direction of all activities to ensure customer and corporate requirements are met.
- Comprehend and administer all relevant policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
- Use SAP, UKG, and other related systems to manage operations, inventory management, and employee‑related data.
