Operations Supervisor - Night

The Operations Supervisor will operate out of our Sydney facility and report directly to the Operations Manager. The role focuses on overall outside and vault operations at the Sydney branch, with an emphasis on team leadership and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the runs and vault, itinerary adjustment; preparation, receiving and shipment parcels and verify incoming/outgoing liabilities.
• Supervise the daily activity of the Vault and ensure compliance.
• Maintain required security standards and check inventories daily.
• Ensure productivity standards for Customer Service Response Times & Cash in Transit are continually met.
• Promote a positive work environment, focusing on employee relations and diversity.
• Participate in selection of candidates to be part of your team and ensure staffing levels are maintained.
