Plan, coordinate work, train, motivate, monitor and evaluate performance of team members; ensure their ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials. Monitor and measure team member performance for accuracy and document on daily production metrics. Identify and eliminate safety and housekeeping hazards to minimize workplace accidents.
