Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Milperra site, you will play a critical part in overseeing the safety and efficiency in relation to reinforcing bar production and mesh distribution. Your primary focus will revolve around people management, safety enforcement and optimising operations.

  • Run daily startup meetings and toolbox talks, providing clear direction and ongoing communication to support a high-performing site
