Job Description
- Receives fax/email messages for pre-alert for inbound / outbound shipments.
- Monitors vessels/aircrafts arrival and other shipping details from the Shipping Lines/ lading, Manifest, Invoice, Parking List, etc.
- Submits manifest for incoming and outgoing shipments and checks from time to time with the service provider and shipping lines / airlines for any update.
- Follow up with the carrier, forwarding agent and airline for the status of shipment arrival.
- Sees to it that all shipments folder/envelope data are complete and properly kept.
- Attends to customer inquiries from time to time.
- Perform other tasks/duties that may be assigned.
