About the Role

We seek a highly organized, safety‑conscious logistics professional to oversee the management and performance of our autonomous vehicle operators and local fleet. This role is critical in ensuring efficient vehicle operation, supporting customer deliveries, and training/testing of autonomous trucks. The position reports to the Head of Operations and partners with other operational and technical teams. The role is onsite five days per week in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

• Driver hiring & onboarding: recruit, train, and onboard qualified drivers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
