Salary range: $62,000 – $75,000 annually, with bonus potential.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouses. You will implement processes that optimize operations, guide frontline associates, and foster a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while fostering a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
