The Position

Reporting to the Mill Manager, the Superintendent of Operations is a senior-level role. The primary objective is to ensure the safe execution of all business objectives, including overall responsibility for meeting milling production targets, metallurgical targets, budget/financial targets, rail activities (ore-haul) and concentrate shipping.
