About the role
The Operations Specialist will be the single point of contact to Sales and other Insight departments for orders within the Fulfillment Centers.
- Proactively acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests
- Works inter‑departmentally to support and successfully fulfill requests
- Build and maintain relationships
- Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality
- Responsible for accurate documentation
