The Operations Specialist, Technical Support , is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the Technical Support team. This role oversees the management and maintenance of technical service publications operational systems, and key support resources to ensure effective service operations across the dealer network. The role also encompasses various business needs such as program analysis and tracking, system management, document repository, tracking, and the management of special tools (SST) and equipment through the Kia Tools, Equipment & Supplies (KTES) program. This role is also responsible for maintaining important systems to support dealers such as KDS and KGSIS, and for administrative tasks related to budgeting and planning.
