THAI OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Responsible for conducting accurate and timely verification of candidate information with various institutions and entities, ensuring all activities are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). This includes initiating checks, performing follow‑ups, verifying submitted documents, updating the system, and communicating professionally with points of contact.
Responsibilities
- Initiate background checks in the GCM pool within 24–48 hours from check order date.
- Conduct verification of candidate information with accuracy and integrity—via email, phone calls, forms, or official channels.
- Ensure all verification attempts are completed correctly and documented fully.
- Upload all required documentation associated with the verification process.
- Complete verification requirements, close off checks, and update the system in a timely manner.
