Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all client trades are sent correctly and in a timely manner to the Transfer Agents responsible for each fund.
• Verify that all trade confirmations are received accurately and sent to clients for payment of subscriptions or receipt of redemption proceeds.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding trade statuses and confirmations.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all trades and confirmations.
• Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to trade processing and confirmations.
