The Operations Specialist is an entry to mid‑level individual contributor within the Banking Department, responsible for the accurate and timely execution of banking transactions, including check processing, wire transfers, and ACH transactions. This role works under close to moderate supervision, following established procedures and escalating exceptions to senior team members as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to regulatory compliance, and eager to develop deep proficiency in banking operations within a clearing firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day banking operations with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness, including the processing of checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions in accordance with Apex policy and within required processing windows.
