Overview
As a Service Specialist in the Estates and Trusts team, you will act as a central point of contact and relationship manager for Front Office and internal business partners on Operations matters. You will serve as a point of escalation for service quality, problem resolution, operational inquiries, and issue/opportunity management, ensuring a seamless operations service experience.
Responsibilities
- Champion service quality awareness and continuous improvement of all operational matters for partners.
