Operations Project Manager (Xico)

This cross‑functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn how Fever works.

• Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to different stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and issues, and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

• 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background, with a successful track record of managing and delivering complex projects.
