We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance our e‑commerce and ERP processes and systems. This role focuses on leading and completing systems improvement projects and supporting business development by utilizing technology to improve our work practices, assisting with RFP responses and solution presentations.

• Lead projects involving e‑store enhancements, fulfillment process improvements, and system integrations.
• Develop functional project requirements to support business initiatives.
• Define project scope, and ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
