Operations Project Manager

Role Overview

Operations Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating global operations and manufacturing improvement projects across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business and operational objectives.

Acting as a key interface between global engineering leadership and the local manufacturing team in Kunshan, China, the Operations Project Manager drives project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting while ensuring alignment and collaboration across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global operations and manufacturing improvement projects across multiple sites.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with operational priorities and strategic goals.
