Project Manager
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering customer infrastructure and platform implementation projects. As part of the Operations team, the Project Manager serves as the primary technical point of contact during implementation, ensuring customer environments are deployed efficiently, meet technical requirements, and are delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer implementation projects from project kick‑off through production deployment, stabilization, and operational handover.
Full project life cycle ownership, including successful delivery from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
Work transversally with development, sales, product, among other teams, to establish a robust and achievable customer‑facing project roadmap based on planned project deliveries.
