Operations & Process Architect for Customer Experience

Zong 5G Islamabad is seeking a Policy & Process Specialist to design and optimize corporate customer touchpoints and internal workflows, aiming at improved efficiency, risk mitigation, better customer experience, and sustainable business growth.

You will drive standardized processes, review SLAs and TATs, coordinate with Product and IT, develop new policies, and manage end-to-end projects, emphasizing cross‑functional teamwork, timely delivery, and data‑driven decision making.
