We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Officer II to join our team in Ottawa. In this 100% back-office role, you will be responsible for managing financial requests and ensuring strict regulatory compliance for Registered Retirement Plans. Working within a collaborative team of 11–16 professionals, you will process high-volume requests while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs). Position Title: Operations Officer II
Location: Ottawa, ON (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, Fridays remote. Note: Fully onsite for the first 90 days of training.)
Position Type: 9-Month Contract (Possibility of extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime may be required)
