Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned zones (e.g., parking facilities, entrances/exits, restricted areas).
- Detect and document instances oftailgating, unauthorized vehicle access, and illegal parking.
- Enforce parking rules and entry/exit protocols in accordance with applicable SOP and organizational policies.
- Issue violation notices, warnings, and/or wheel-clamping to non-compliant vehicles.
- Capture and maintain photographic or video evidence for enforcement actions and incident reporting.
- Assist in reviewing surveillance footage to investigate suspected violations.
- Attend briefings and training sessions related to enforcement, safety, and legal compliance.
- Diploma or equivalent Or “O” levels.
- Previous experience in enforcement or security preferred.
