Key Responsibilities

Drive customer experience, people management, attrition control, and hygiene standards. Lead delivery groups of Team Leaders & Executives in collections. Ensure seamless operations, SLA adherence, and high employee/customer satisfaction. Engage with clients, manage relationships, and deliver value-add projects.
