- Develop efficient routes for cleaners who visit 20 customer houses each day, by adding / removing houses to help build more efficient routes.
- Define systems and processes for efficient business operations.Identify tools and software systems the business should adopt as we grow.
- Customer service - Most customers are vacation property owners, property managers and snowbirds, who require a sense of urgency to resolve issues.
- Understand customer needs and problems to determine the best course of action.Problem solve to find the quickest and most affordable solution to an issue.
