Operations Managers are responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives within one functional area (Inbound, ICQA, Outbound). They manage and lead a team of Area Managers, coach and mentor staff to meet performance objectives, build positive employee relations, and develop leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Six Sigma initiatives to enable the functional area and the Supply Chain to meet and exceed the Business Plan. Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Area Managers.
