Black & Grey HR is hiring exclusively for an Operations Manager Wood Shredding for a wellestablished and diversified group of companies in Dubai UAE. This role is critical to the success of a highcapacity recycled wood processing facility where wood shredding is the core function. We’re looking for an expert in wood shredding operations who understands the technical mechanical and operational aspects of running industrial shredders at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the wood shredding unit with a production capacity of 300 tons/day .
- Oversee and manage a team of Shredding Machine Operators, Supervisors, Safety Officers and Shovel Operators .
- Ensure peak performance and minimal downtime of industrial shredding equipment such as MOBARK, HUSS, and Hammel .
