Operations Manager

A well-established healthcare distribution company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, fleet operations and national distribution activities from its Head Office in Cornubia, Durban.
This is a senior operational leadership role responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient deliveries, operational compliance and excellent customer service across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.


• Oversee inventory control, stock integrity, cycle counts and variance investigations.


• Manage and reconcile consignment stock held at customer sites.
