• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Manage and guide Warehouse Operations teams in ensuring smooth running of its daily operations such as receiving, inventory management, packing, goods releasing, cargoes retrieval/launch-in at terminals etc.
• Continuous evaluation and improvement/enhancement on existing operational and system (ERP) processes in attaining the highest level of operations efficiency and integrity.
• Managing change and implementation of new processes
• Setting KPI for the warehouse operations and customer service teams
• Strategic Planning on departmental budget & growth.
• Management and performance reports preparation and analysis.
• Plan, execute and review of induction & probation training of new hire.
