Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring efficient manpower deployment and workflow management.
- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and arrange deliveries of raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely material deliveries and shipments.
- Manage inventory levels and stock control to support uninterrupted production.
- Investigate and resolve production, operational, and logistics issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and environmental regulations.
