Operations Manager - Singapore

The Role

The Operations Manager – Singapore is responsible for providing local operational management for Willis Re in Singapore, in close partnership with brokers, Finance, and the UK based Client Servicing & Operations (CS&O) team. This role provides a broad range of operational services, covering financial management, procurement and supplier management, workplace management, administration, and acting as the local CS&O presence in Singapore. The balance of these different services will evolve over time and versatility is a key facet of the role. The position supports the initial go live and ongoing scaling of the Singapore business.
