Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, driving production efficiency, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating cross-functional teams to support the company’s manufacturing activities in Malaysia. This role requires frequent communication with the China headquarters; therefore, fluent Chinese is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management — Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met
- Production Planning — Oversee production planning, capacity allocation, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency
- Process Improvement — Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
