We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in roofing, construction, restoration, or a similar field-service industry.
This role will oversee project coordination, operational workflows, subcontractor administration, client communication, and process execution to ensure projects move efficiently from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Project & Client Coordination
- Manage client communications and provide project updates
- Set up and maintain project records and documentation
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with sales teams, crews, subcontractors, and clients
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
Operations Management
- Maintain accurate CRM and project data
- Support workflow management through ClickUp and other systems
- Manage project documentation, photos, and updates through CompanyCam
