Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWe are seeking a results-driven Operation Manager to join our team and report directly to thePlant Manager.This role involves leading and managing a multi-functional team across safety, quality, engineering, and cost performance for Spectra-strip product lines.The Operation Manager will be accountable for meeting and improving the business P&L while driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the operation.
**Responsibilities**:- Partner with Materials, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with customer and business unit targets.
- Direct responsibility for the efficient operations of the Spectra-strip production line.
- Accountable for the business P&L, ensuring financial margins are met and improved.
