Mission:
Operations Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end service operations, ensuring efficient planning, field service execution, and customer support to maximize customer uptime, operational performance, and service profitability.
Service Operations
- Lead daily service operations, including planning, scheduling, dispatching, and field service execution.
- Ensure efficient utilization of service resources and timely delivery of services.
- Manage service workload, backlog, and work‑in‑progress (WIP) to meet operational targets.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop Field Service Engineers, Service Managers, planners, coordinators, and support teams.
