Act as the lead focal point for Air Traffic Services (ATS) Training operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders including facilities, security, procurement, and finance.
Oversee the ATS training facility to ensure efficient and seamless day‑to‑day operations.
Manage a team of approximately 20 employees, including responsibilities for scheduling, contracting, onboarding, payment processes, and people management.
