The _Manager, Operations_ is responsible for the overall staffing structure, workflow and day-to-day oversight for fulfillment and/or governance and reporting teams.
- Team size will vary from approximately 20 to 50, with approximately 75% of that headcount directly reporting to the _Manager, Operations_.
They are also responsible for managing contractor headcounts, including projections v. volume, recruitment, interviewing, compensation determination v. budget.
- The Manager will be involved in volume forecasting and budgeting participation, critical client relationship management and Customer Success interaction NPR development and prioritization.
