Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily call center operations
- Manage agents, supervisors, and team performance
- Monitor and improve KPIs (conversion rate, contact rate, productivity, QA, attendance)
- Analyze performance data and implement data-driven improvements
- Ensure team accountability and high performance standards
