Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning
• Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
• Direct quality control inspections
• Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of recent equipment or production techniques
