Operations Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day platform operations to ensure smooth user and creator experiences.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including user acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve platform efficiency and service quality.

Creator & Community Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and agency partners.
• Design engagement programs to increase creator activity and content output.
• Handle creator onboarding, support, and performance tracking.

Campaign & Project Execution

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, creator events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and business development teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
