This Position reports to:
Operations Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results.
Each day, you will be responsible for meeting order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes.
You will also showcase your expertise by developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital.
