Operations Manager (Live Well Programs and Enhanced Screenings) – Overview

Medcan is seeking an Operations Manager (Live Well Programs and Enhanced Screenings) to lead and optimize the delivery of Medcan’s many Live Well Programs. This role oversees nursing and non‑nursing teams within the Client Care Centre, ensuring exceptional client care, operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Primarily remote, with occasional on‑site requirements. The role is scheduled Monday to Friday during regular clinic hours, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Our downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located at 150 York St., which is nearby St. Andrew station or a 10‑minute walk from Union Station.
