the person owns end-to-end payment operations across our Latin American corridors -- investigating payment failures, managing partner SLAs and performance, diagnosing outages, digging into transaction logs to find patterns, and being the primary point of contact with our disbursal partners in the region.Day to day it's heavy on data investigation (writing SQL queries, monitoring success rates and latency, root cause analysis on failures) and partner management (holding partners accountable on SLAs, escalating issues, onboarding new integrations) and innovation to better the performance in the region.
