Operations Manager (Kingston)

Position Overview

Tomlinson Environmental Services Ltd. (TES) is currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the operations of its site located in Kingston, ON. Reporting to the General Manager, this role focuses on measuring, communicating and optimizing the productivity of the business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and balance requirements of available resources, including utilization of the fleet and associated equipment.
• Communicate with fellow managers to maximize resource sharing across all of TES and RWT.
• Generate, track, analyze and communicate KPIs on a daily basis.
• Manage the day‑to‑day responsibilities of the operations team and hold people accountable for their actions.
