Ready to lead in one of Africa's most breathtaking wilderness destinations? We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a luxury safari lodge in Kenya.
What you'll do:
-Lead housekeeping, maintenance, safari shop, night porter and wellness teams
-Deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee daily lodge operations
-Support department heads and step into Lodge Manager duties when required
-Drive team training, operational excellence and cost efficiencies
-Maintain the highest luxury hospitality and sustainability standards
We're looking for:
-Proven luxury lodge or hospitality operations management experience
-Strong leadership and guest relations skills
-Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
-Passion for service excellence and mentoring teams
