Operations Manager

Amadora is a premium artisanal ice cream brand, made from scratch in Chennai since 2011. We're growing fast across South India — and we're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator to own our store network across three states. The role You'll lead operations for 20 franchise & company-owned stores across Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Brand standards, same-store sales growth, franchisee relationships, inter-state cold chain, and the people who run our floors — all of it runs through you. You'll report to the Head of Operations and be Amadora's senior presence on the ground in the region.
