**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Maintains manufacturing operations Areas in terms of production, deliveries, quality, manning & maintenance.
- Manufacturing costs, etc.
- Meets production and quality control standards + delivery dates and prevent operational delays.
- Provides guidance to the new manufacturing programs, including personnel requirements, material needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
- Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
- Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization
- Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, quality, engineering and maintenance problems to ensure minimum impacts.
Determines responsibilities of staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
