Operations Manager

At DF Automation & Robotics, we design and manufacture Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and intelligent intralogistics solutions for customers across the globe.

We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our production planning, procurement, QA, and manufacturing operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll work closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality to ensure every robotic system is delivered on time, to specification, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling to ensure efficient utilisation of manpower, materials, and manufacturing capacity.
• Manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to support timely project execution.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure material availability while optimising inventory levels.
